Order Procedure
The client browses through our store and selects the items they wish to order, once the order has been confirmed the client is redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction; the client is then returned to the Opals Australia website to receive the confirmation number, and the order is sent to Opals Australia. The items are then carefully selected and the client is notified of the delivery details once the goods are ready for dispatch. If an item is temporarily unavailable, the customer will be notified immediately of the expected dispatch date. Alternatively if there is any work required, for example a ring resized, the client will be notified of any significant delays. For Australian clients Opals Australia will send the order via Australian Air Express usually within 1-2 business days. International clients will be contacted by Opals Australia with the expected delivery time and information via the appropriate method FedEx or international post. |
