All rings manufactured by Opals Australia are made to a size US7 (UKN1/2).

If you require a size other than US 7 (UK N1/2) Opals Australia will resize the ring for you. In most instances a number of sizes up or down will only delay delivery by a day or two.

On occasion our jewellers may refuse to resize a ring beyond a particular size; this is dependant on a number of factors most importantly the distortion of the stone setting due to the increased circumference of the ring. In this case we will custom manufacture a ring to your specifications usually within 4-6 weeks.

In the case of solid inlay opal rings in most cases any resizing will require us to custom manufacture a ring at the desired size. This is at no charge but will take between 4-6 weeks to manufacture.

In the event a ring requires custom manufacturing you will be notified by email with the option to cancel your purchase. If you choose to cancel you will be refunded fully via PayPal.
